Spike Lavender grows naturally at slightly lower altitudes compared to true Lavender and has a more spicy, camphoraceous aroma. Like lavender oil, spike lavender helps promote a restful sleep and decrease stress. It is also a valuable addition to skin care products for its skin revitalising and brightening effects.
